F.Apple has ordered over 100 million A15 processors.
Apple expects new iPhones to be more popular this year. Therefore, it tries to ensure a balance between supply and demand. CNBeta editors cite their supply chain sources say Apple placed an order to produce more than 100 million A15 processors by the end of this year. Compared to the 12 series iPhones that sell very well, Apple has ordered something like 75 million units. They were to be produced by the end of the previous year. The 12 series iPhones allowed Apple to set a whole new sales record. The A15 processor will be manufactured using an improved 5nm technological process.
