Borderlands 2 – One last DLC connecting to Borderlands 3?

Although Borderlands 3 will only be released in September, it is possible that we will get another DLC for the second part in the meantime, as a link.

We still have a lot of sleep to get back to Pandora… Or not? Although Borderlands 3 is coming out for months, PlayStation Lifestyle is reported to be making a new and final DLC for Borderlands 2 that connects the two stories, which have been going on for quite a few years.

The DLC, supposedly Commander Lilith and the Fight for Sanctuary, would focus on Lilith (whether as a playable character or not, you don’t know). As is well known, he is a Siren who was a playable character in the very first Borderlands, meaning one of the first Vault Hunters.

Although we couldn’t hide in the skin in The Pre-Sequel and Borderlands 2, he also played a significant role in these stories, and based on the trailers, he will also be an important character in Borderlands 3. So it’s no wonder that in a DLC connecting the second and third parts, things get complicated around him again.

The last DLC for Borderlands 2 is rumored to be released in the week of E3 2019, but it is unclear for which platforms. The PC, PS4 and Xbox One are almost certain, but the PS3 and Xbox 360 are dubious, as although the base game for these has been released, their successor is now on the run.
