Chuwi Hi12: dual-boot Android and Windows 10 in a 12 ″ tablet coming soon (photo)

The Chinese Chuwi has recently presented its new 12 ″ tablet Hi12, whose peculiarity, in addition to the size of the screen, is the ability to dual-boot between Android 5.1 Lollipop And Windows 10.

The reference architecture is the Cherry Trail by Intel (SoC Atom x5Z8300 to be exact), supported by 4 GB of RAM. There internal memory, from 64 GB, can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD. The screen 12 ″ has a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, and thanks to the battery 11,000mAh, you shouldn’t need to search for a power outlet too soon. Finally, we find two cameras, 5 megapixel on the back and 2 on the front.

Price and availability – still no information on price, while the marketing is expected within the month of January, in colors champagne gold and space gray. The two holes in the lower part of the body suggest the possibility of connection to a dock / keyboard, but at the moment there are no official confirmations from the company.
