Remedy Entertainment can’t be told to make games on a treadmill. In its 23 years of existence, the studio has produced nine titles so far, three years between Quantum Break and Control. The oldest house program has already been analyzed by reporters, with US Gamer writing about the game: “Control uses the same basic formula that Remedy has had for many years: a third-person fight spiced with a supernatural, but now the studio seems to have found it. the final version of the recipe. Although the dialogues are weird and the mission structure is sometimes silly, Control is a great experience. With the Oldest House and the Federal Office of Control, Remedy has finally found the place where Remedy’s game enhancements are finally coming together. ” Flattering words, for sure. The game has 37 positive, 9 mixed and only 1 negative on the most critically collecting side, which is a great result.
Such success must, of course, be backed by the right technology, and as usual, the Digital Foundry has taken hold of the game. In a brief summary, the team found that the Control console also looks brilliantly, as long as it runs on the right hardware. Of course, this is just a short version of the experience, you can learn a lot more from the almost half-hour video below. Have you started exploring the Oldest House yet?
