Control – video with all supernatural capabilities

In Remedy’s next game, Control, we can’t use a special ability to succeed.

The central element of Control will be supernatural, as the gameplay videos published so far have obviously shown to everyone. But not only do our environment and opponents cross its incredible edge, but so do our weapons and capabilities. These are what the developers are eyeing, and we get a thorough demonstration of all our capabilities. In the video published by Gameinformer, Mikael Kasurinen, the director of the game, talks about our supernatural abilities that we can use to fight the also supernatural along the principle of “dragon grass against the dragon”.

In addition to our transformation weapon, there will be a ‘Launch’ with which we can send items picked up from our environment to our opponents in greeting. Or just ‘Shield’ which is a similar telekinetic ability, we can only keep the stuff we have in front of us as a shield and then throw it at our opponent when it is no longer needed. And ‘Evade’ makes our heroine amazingly fast, but we’ll also be able to float and fly to get to know our opponents up close with the effects of telekinetic chest compression. Finally, there is telepathy, with which we can temporarily put weaker opponents into our service.
