So far, the name of the Swedish MachineGames has been best known in connection with the new-generation Wolfensteins, as they include the 2014 The New Order and the 2017 The New Colossus. Now, however, it really looks like they’ll be paddling into a little different waters with their next project, as their newly announced game will be an Indiana Jones adaptation.
The program was unveiled by Bethesda today with the introduction of a short little teaser. The publisher has also revealed that we will get a completely standalone and new story, the game will be produced by Todd Howard, and the developers will also be working with people from the newly formed Lucasfilm Games to make the game. In addition, too much is yet to be known about this upcoming Indiana Jones adaptation, and Bethesda says unfortunately we shouldn’t even expect new news in the near future.
