Honor 20 Lite with 32MP selfie camera, 6.21 inch screen and Kirin 710 unveiled

Last month, the honor had launched the smartphone honor 20i in China. The same phone was made official as Honor 20 Lite in Malaysia and the United Kingdom, where the device arrived as the successor to the Honor 10 Lite last year. The smartphone’s key features include a water droplet-style notch screen, 32 megapixel selfie camera and SoC Kirin 710.

Honor20 Lite Specifications and Features

THE Honor 20 Lite comes with a 6.21 inch water drop screen that offers Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It produces a screen-to-body ratio of 90%. It also contains a certified mode by TUV Rheinland, which reduces the blue light radiation emitted by the screen, preventing eyestrain.

THE Kirin 710 12nm is present inside the Honor 20 Lite together with 4GB of RAM. It has 128GB of internal storage and is equipped with microSD card support via the second SIM slot for additional storage. The device includes a 3400mAh battery that offers a talk time of 22 hours.

The back of the phone features a triple camera module. It includes a 24-megapixel main sensor with aperture to f/1.8, a 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The shooting features available for triple rear cameras include multi-scene AI recognition and super night scene mode. One of the USPs of the Honor 20 Lite is that it has a 32 megapixel selfie camera that comes with AI beautification features.

THE Android 9 Pie has on top the EMUI 9 pre-installed on the Honor 20 Lite. For accelerated GPU performance while gaming, the smartphone comes with GPU Turbo 2.0 technology. In addition to the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, the honor
20 Lite also carries support for facial unlock. Connectivity features available on the device include support for dual-SIM, dual 4G VoLTE, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, microUSB 2.0, and 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone measures 154.8 x 73.64 x 7.95 mm and weighs 164 grams.

Honor 20 Lite Price and Release Date

THE Honor20 Lite it carries an approximate price of €204, in the UK it costs GBP 249. Its color variants include Phantom Red, Phantom Blue and Midnight Blue. The smartphone will also reach other markets such as Europe, Southeast Asia and India in the coming weeks. However, these markets may not receive all color editions of Honor 20 Lite.
