Let’s start first with the download and installation of the drivers you find here. Then for safety I advise you to make a backup of your phone, if you do not know how to do it, find the guide here. Enable Developer Options by going to Settings> About phone and tap on build number multiple times.

Then go to Settings> Developer Options and enable ‘OEM Unlock’. Enable USB Debugging mode on your phone.

Phase 1 – Download the TWRP 3.1.0 file for the Samsung Galaxy S8 e extract the file anywhere on your computer.

NOTE: Make sure you select the appropriate file for your Galaxy S8 model.

Step 8 – In ODIN, deselect Auto reboot and F. reset time.

Step 9 – Now click on the Start button in Odin. The installation process will begin, it will take a couple of minutes.

Step 10 – Once the installation is complete, keep the power button, volume down key And Bixby button until the screen turns black.

Step 11 – Once done, let go of the button Volume down and hold down the button Volume Up while continuing to hold down the other buttons listed. This process will boot the phone into recovery mode. You should now see the TWRP 3.1.0 custom recovery interface.

Step 12 – Now you can reboot the phone by tapping the Reboot option on the TWRP.
