Preliminary information
Before going into the details of the procedure on how to mod vehicles in GTA Online, I think it may interest you to learn more about the subject.
Well, “moddare” takes on different meanings. In fact, there are those who refer to the use of mods, while other users intend simply make changes to the vehicles, but without using community-made content.
On the other hand, the use of mods on GTA Online, which is a title that is played in constant “contact” with other players, it is not particularly well regarded by enthusiasts and developers. In fact, those who use content made by the community can be seen as a cheater, or a user who wants to cheat.
Also, sadly, some users over the years have used mods to “annoy” other GTA Online players, so it’s clear that mods for this game aren’t exactly popular. In light of what has just been said, both for avoid any problems with your account, both so as not to annoy other fans, it is better avoid using community-made content in the online mode of GTA.
I’ve already explained the situation in my tutorial on how to drift on GTA – it’s generally good to consider using mods in Story mode only of the Rockstar title, so as not to “affect” the gameplay of other players.
My advice is always to stay away from content that could potentially cause problems, as you are still using something not made and thought directly by the developers. In reality it is not clear what the position of the latter actually is regarding the mods, but one can imagine that it is not entirely positive (especially for GTA Online).
In short, it is a question similar to that relating to glitch, which I illustrated in my guide on how to get the bag in GTA Online. The choice is yours, but I can assure you that GTA Online is fun even without the use of community-made content (or, if you really want, you could consider the activities created by fans available directly within the game).
For this reason, in this tutorial I will use the term “moddare” in the sense of make changes to vehicles, for example by changing the wheels and so on. Put simply, I will dwell on procedures implemented directly by Rockstar, so that you can “put your hand” to the vehicles of GTA Online from any platform without having particular problems.
How to Modify GTA 5 Online Vehicles
After explaining the general situation to you, I’d say it’s time to take action and actually illustrate yourself how to “get your hands” on vehicles in GTA Online. As I mentioned in the preliminary chapter, I will use only methods allowed directly by the developers, so as not to cause any problems to your account (you don’t know mine in this case).
To proceed, once inside the game, open the map and go to the Los Santos Customs closer. You can use the filter on the right to find it quickly. In any case, typically such a structure is found lower left.
Take, therefore, your “trusted” vehicle “and reach the Los Santos Customs, entering inside (the door will open automatically when you approach). You may be required to spend a few dollars for repair the vehicle before you can proceed, but after that you can do all the changes of the case.
In fact, in the menu that will appear on the screen you will find all the sections related to the changes you can make to your vehicle (of course, some options may change depending on what you are using). In any case, there are usually options Armor, Brakes, Bumper, Engines, Mufflers, Hoods, Horn, Headlights, Plaques, Explosives And Paintings.
Obviously, it is difficult for me to provide you with precise indications as to what changes you should make in relation to your vehicle, given that the variables involved are many. On the other hand, GTA Online makes available myriads of customization possibilities (also for this you do not need to use mods made by the community).

In short, actually making changes to vehicles in GTA Online is very simple by going through a Los Santos Customs. I would like to make only one clarification: in some cases, some changes may be temporarily “blocked”. In fact, the game features a progression system that prompts the user to carry out various activities before you can make certain changes to a vehicle. In short, you may need to perform some tasks within GTA Online before you can actually use the available mods to their full potential.
To give you a concrete example, you may not be able to purchase the item Bull bar if you haven’t reached the rank 6. Furthermore, a ECU upgrade it may ask you to win some races relating to a certain class and get to rank 15.
In any case, if you find some “locked” changes, the game will always show you which ones are requirements to be able to purchase that particular item. How to mod Oppressor MK II
How do you say? Have the iconic Oppressor MK II but you don’t understand how you can make changes? No problem, I’ll explain how to do it right away, as the procedure is different than most of the vehicles on GTA Online.
On the other hand, it is about one of the most expensive bikes, in general, of the online mode of GTA 5, which by the way can fly and has a sort of “turbo”. If you want to know more about what the Rockstar title has to offer, you can check out my guide on the best vehicles of GTA Online.
In any case, the modifications that can be made in the case of the Oppressor MK II motorcycle are very interesting. To be clear, it is even possible to add to the bike one fires missiles. I mean, I’m sure you want to know more now.
There are some requirements to be able to “get your hands” on this special vehicle: you need to have a night club, as well as a Terrorbyte. In short, you may have to spend a large amount of money to actually be able to modify the Oppressor MK II motorcycle. However, if you have managed to purchase this vehicle, which already costs a lot in itself, I’m sure you already know how to get money in GTA Online.
For the rest, once you have everything you need available, just go to the Terrorbyte’s room, enter inside of of the latter and you will find on the back the flying bike. Mount, therefore, in the saddle to the latter and press on button indicated on the screen (which varies depending on the platform you are playing from) to start applying the changes.
At this point, you will have several at your disposal categories, that is to say Armor, Countermeasures, Motor, Lights, Livery, Loss / Theft Prevention, Paintings And Weapons. Perfect, now you just have to spend the right amount of money to modify the Oppressor MK II bike as you want.
