How to sell the Night Club on GTA 5 Online
You must know that sell the Night Club on GTA 5 Online it is a simple practice but for which it is essential that you clarify the procedure you are going to carry out following the steps illustrated in the next paragraphs.
In GTA 5 Online properties cannot be fully sold but swap. This means that when you buy a property of a specific type, it will remain yours and you will no longer be able to sell it.
What you can do, however, is to exchange it for another property of the same type, in order to pay only the difference (in the event that the new property has a higher price than the one in possession) or receive a refund (in the case of in case the new property has a lower price).
This means that if you bought a Night Club by mistake, you will not be able to receive back the amount of money invested. But if you want to recover some money, you can always replace the Night Club in your possession with a “cheaper” one, getting back hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not even a few million, based on the customizations you had added to your property.
Having made this very important premise, let’s now see how to proceed with the exchange of the Night Club in your possession on GTA 5 Online. First, within this GTA 5 multiplayer mode, open yours smartphone virtual and select the icon Internet, to browse the web within the game.
Once this is done, go to the tab Finance and services, which you find in the top menu. From the items listed, click the one named foreclosures.maze-bank.com. In the screen that is shown to you, press the button Come in and then click on the icon Night Club at the top right, so as to filter the map of the properties available for Night Clubs only.
Now, among the orange icons available on the map, you can distinguish the free properties from the one in your possession, as the latter is the only one with a more intense orange color. What you have to do, in order to be able to sell your Night Club, and therefore exchange it, is to choose a new property that has a lower cost than what you have spent.
Night Clubs have a basic cost ranging from $ 1,080,000 to the $ 1,700,000 based on their position on the map. Each customization then, based on the one applied, ranges (with the same costs regardless of the Night Club purchased) between $ 33,500 and $ 2,143,900. The cheapest Night Club is the one in Elysian Island, with a base cost of $ 1,080,000.
When you have made your choice, click on thenight club icon in question, press the button Starting from and personalize your purchase. These customizations are not required in the early game stages of activities related to this property, but you may need them later. Then press the button Buy: to complete the purchase.
Unlike what happened when you first purchased the Night Club, you will be shown a box on the top left, indicating your current Night Club in possession and the trade-in value. Select it and, on the next screen, confirm that you want to trade in, so as to sell your old Night Club in favor of the new one. It was easy, am I right?
How to sell other properties on GTA Online
In addition to Night Clubs, there are other properties that you can purchase in GTA 5 Online that you can easily resell with the same trade-in ploy.
Other properties, such as i Bunker, i Clubhouse, the Hangar and the Operating Bases, they can be exchanged in favor of other cheaper ones to recover part of the money, even if in some cases it is negligible.
All you have to do is then follow the same procedures that I indicated in detail in the previous chapter, in order to be able to sell a property by exchange. A no-brainer, right?
