You and your best friend have a lot of fun playing jokes on each other. How to sign up for Facebook with another name: smartphone and tablet
Use theFacebook app for Android or iPhone / iPad devices? In this case, I’ll show you how to disconnect from yours account and create one new with a different name, acting from the aforementioned application. Once you have started the latter, tap the ≡ button located at the top right, then scroll down the next screen and press the button Go out located at the bottom of the page.
Continue, then, by pressing the button Create a new Facebook account at the bottom and then tap the button Forward. Enter therefore in the appropriate fields the first name and the surname you want to use and press the button again Forward. Now select one date of birth, tap the button again Forward, and choose the gender you belong by pressing on one of the options proposals on the screen.
Now enter a cellphone number which will be used to verify your identity. Alternatively, if you prefer to use a email address to verify, tap on the wording Sign up with your email address located at the bottom and type in a valid address that you can have access to in the field that is shown to you.
Now choose one secure password, press the button Forward and, to complete the procedure, press the button subscribe. You didn’t think it would be that easy, did you? From this moment on, you will be able to use your account as you are used to doing normally and you will be given the opportunity to set a profile photo by synchronizing the one on Instagram or choose one from the Gallery of the device you use.
How to sign up for Facebook with another name – computer
In this chapter I will show you how to sign up for Facebook with another name from computer, acting from the site of the famous social network, accessible with any web browser or from the relative application for Windows. Regardless of whether you use one or the other version of Facebook, I point out that the steps to be taken are exactly the same, I list them below.
First, connect to the home page of the social network or start the Facebook application for Windows. If you are already connected to your account, press the ▼ button located at the top right and, from the menu that is shown to you, select the item Go out.
Now proceed by pressing the button Create new account placed at the bottom. Then fill in the module that is proposed to you with i data of the account you want to create. Enter, therefore, in the appropriate fields a first name it’s a surname of your choice, a cellphone number or a email address valid that you can have access to, a secure password it’s a date of birth.
Finally, specify the gender of belonging pressing on the appropriate options located at the bottom and finish the procedure by pressing the button subscribe. Then, enter in the field shown on the next screen the verification code received through SMS or away email, depending on the choice made in the previous step (in the latter case, also check the folders Spam And Junk Mail if you don’t find the email from Facebook immediately).
Finally, press the button first Keep it going, then on the button OK And that’s it. That’s all! Your newly created profile will then be automatically logged in and you will be able to use it as you are used to normally.
