Huawei Service Center pours water in Lisbon (literally)
My experience as a user at the Huawei Service Center has always been excellent and without comparison with what any other brand offers in the national territory.
The opening of the Huawei Service Center on Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar is one of the greatest examples of the investment and dedication that Huawei has applied in the European market and in this specific case in Lisbon, Portugal. My experience as a user at the Huawei Service Center has always been excellent and unmatched by any other brand in the country.
Over the time this space has existed, we have talked a lot about it here on BestyGame, we were present at the opening in July 2017, and we have followed the experiences of our readers in this space in detail over the last 4 years.
Huawei is a brand that prints professionalism and competence in all its interactions with its customers and the Huawei Service Center space has always been an excellent example of this philosophy. Much of the responsibility for the success of this space lies with the teams that ensured over the years that all customers left with their problems resolved most of the time with their expectations exceeded. For my part, as a customer, my thanks to these professionals who have always honored the “shirt” in an exemplary way.

The Huawei Service Center space is currently closed, which caused some consternation and doubts to those who went to the place. The information on the door only states that the space is closed “due to force majeure”. Could it be more vague?
After contacting Huawei Portugal in various ways, we received the information that the space is temporarily closed due to flooding.
Let’s hope that this misfortune does not translate into a permanent closure or that the concept of that was so valued by consumers is lost and, as a consequence, we lose the excellent service that was provided by the good professionals at Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar.
We’ll keep an eye out for developments.
