Isn’t a new Resident Evil about to be built around Capcom’s house?
Capcom recently invited fans of Resident Evil to test an unknown project that many say could mean a new game.
- Capcom recently announced the release of the Resident Evil 3 remake
- But they could easily have other, as yet, secret projects
- At least one email sent to Resident Evil’s biggest fans
It can be good to be a Resident Evil fan these days. The series first found its roots in the seventh installment, this year it also received a perfect remake of Resident Evil 2, and next year the third part of the series will also receive its revamped and modernized edition. Plus, if all that weren’t enough, it looks very much like Capcom is working on a project that hasn’t been announced yet.
Recently, the publisher sent an e-mail to Resident Evil’s biggest fans or ambassadors describing, among other things, that they were looking for testers for an unannounced game. Of course, it’s not at all certain that the project in question can be tied to the Resident Evil series (who knows, it may be the often-rumored Dino Crisis remake), so due to the target audience of the email, that’s highly likely.
What do you think this mysterious project could be?
