Konami: Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 online mode greatly improved

FIFA 09 has only just come out when its biggest competitor Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 is already preparing for its release: it will be another real battle between the two rivals.

Shingo Takatsuka, producer of Pro Evolution Soccer 2009, has announced that the online multiplayer of PES 2009 will be a hit. He admits that last year was not great and that there were many problems with connecting, so the online gameplay could not express itself optimally.

This year they have really done a lot of research on the online feature and tested the multiplayer from all over the world so that everyone, including those with a bad connection, can play the game well online.

As expected, Pro Evolution Soccer will be cleaned up a lot more and the football players will look more realistic again. In addition, there are new moves to perform, we can adjust the game to our own wishes and we can expect new control options.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 will be released in Fall 2008 on PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and PSP. The Wii version won’t hit stores until spring 2009.
