No reviews on the App Store for those using an iOS beta

To the delight of the developers, Apple has finally blocked users running a beta version of iOS from being able to leave reviews on the App Store. This is a sensible decision, as it was not uncommon for errors derived frominstability of the iOS 9 public beta negatively influenced the judgments on fully functional apps.

Several developers had already complained about this problem, but from today, trying to publish a review on the App Store, if we use a test version of the operating system we will receive a message like the one above. It is not yet clear, however, whether they have also been removed previous reviews already published by those who use iOS 9.
