Step 1 – Download the Android 7.1.1 Nougat based CF Auto Root package for your Samsung Galaxy Note 8 from below.

Phase 2 – Download ODIN v3.12.3 which will help you Root Galaxy Note 8 with Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

Step 3 – Turn off the phone. Now go to Download mode. Like? Press and hold the Volume Down + Home buttons together, then press the Power button until you see the Android robot and a triangle. Press the Power button again to enter download mode.

Step 4 – Make sure you have installed the drivers for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on your computer.

Step 5 – Open ODIN on your computer. Connect the phone to the computer while the phone is in download mode.

Step 6 – If the phone is connected correctly, one of the ID: COM boxes will turn yellow with the COM port number. This step may take some time.

Step 7 – Now select the file you need to install on your phone. This file will be found from the extracted file in step 1.

Step 8 – In ODIN, check that the Auto reboot and F. Reset Time options are checked.

Step 9 – Now click the Start button on ODIN. The installation process will begin and it will take a few minutes to complete the process.

Step 10 – After installation, your phone will automatically reboot into recovery mode and install the Root package. The ID: COM box will turn green.

Step 11 – After viewing the home screen, disconnect your phone from your computer.

That’s all! Your Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has now been rooted with Android 7.1.1 Nougat installed. Check that the SuperSU application is in the app menu.
