So are the “discounts” on Apple products for Black Friday

Apple will once again include iTunes gift cards valued at $ 25, 50 or 100 for the purchase of each product

The next November 28 will take place on Black Friday, one of the few days throughout the year in which we can get a large number of products at reduced prices. This tradition, which was born in the first moment in the United States, has also spread outside its borders and in Spain we can also enjoy succulent discounts on electronic products and others.

What about Apple? Will they lower the price of their products on the occasion of Black Friday? As it usually happens, the boys of the block go for free in many things, and Black Friday is one of them. For years, the company decided replace the reduction in the price of your products with an iTunes gift card valued at a certain amount, which will vary depending on the type of device purchased.

This year has not been an exception, so Apple will once again include an iTunes gift card for the purchase of each Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple TV or, as the main novelty, a Beats headphones. However, this year Apple has decided to lower the value of gift cardsSo if last year we got an additional $ 150 to spend on iTunes or the App Store with the purchase of a Mac, this year we will only receive $ 100. So are the “discounts” on Apple products for this Black Friday.

Apple will also make a donation in the fight against AIDS with the purchases we make with our gift card

Also, as we pointed out this morning, this year’s gift cards will be red, as they will be part of the RED project in the campaign to fight AIDS in Africa. In this way, Apple will make a donation with purchases in iTunes or the App Store that we make with that card.

As we see in iClarified, although the value of gift cards has decreased this year, the iPhone has been included in the Black Friday promotion, while last year it did not. What do you think of these Apple promotions? Will you take the opportunity to buy a product?
