Tokyo Game Show 2016: Capcom Announces Resident Evil Mobile Game

There are many forms of tributes. Among them is parody, a good way to tell creators that you’ve always been following their work and that this is your way of reminding them. This is the starting point for Bakahaza, a mobile game presented at the Tokyo Game Show 2016 that pays a very special tribute to Residetn Evil.

To mark Resident Evil’s 20th anniversary this year, Capcom has decided to launch Bakahaza, a curious title based on the first game in the horror franchise. The video game will be a collaboration between the studio and the manga artist Fujio Akatsuka and will put the player in the shoes of a father and son who live a series of adventures inside a mansion full of zombies.

Bakahaza presents a story similar to that of the first Resident Evil but in a humorous way and with two characters that will recall the work of Akatsuka. This title will be free for mobile, both on Android and iOS, although it is not yet available. Of course, if you want to see Resident Evil as the game that it is, we remind you that the seventh game in this saga has expanded its demo today.
