There is information about two Samsung Galxy S5 models: SM-G900R4 and SMG900H. Below is data from the AnTuTu benchmark.
Specification of SM-G900R4:
- Quad-core Snapdragon 800 clocked at 2.5 GHz,
- 3 GB of RAM,
- Adreno 330 graphics,

- 16 Mpix camera,
- 2.1 Mpix front camera,
- Android in KitKat 4.4.2
- screen with QHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels).
