Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has already won many awards and on Xbox Live the game even managed to overthrow the sole ruler Halo 3 as the most played game twice. Of course, Infinity Ward won’t let Xbox 360 gamers down, as a patch will be released soon for the Xbox 360 version of Call of Duty 4. The patch brings new kill cams, better host migration, improvements for snipers and the targeting with sights, an updated spectator cam and a quick mute option.
It is not yet known when the patch will be released. Infinity Ward has sent the patch to Microsoft for certification, so we expect the patch to be on Xbox Live soon.
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is set in the present, where you get to battle in areas as diverse as the Middle East, Eastern Europe, the North Atlantic and London. The terrorist Zakhaev is the leader of Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, four powerful terrorists who want to bring Russia back to the times of their folk hero Stalin. As a result, a large-scale civil war ensues. The Americans start their counteractions, but they are lured by Zakhaev towards the Middle East. The British SAS sees through Zakhaev’s plans and immediately informs the Americans. Thus you fight with both the British and the Americans against this dangerous terrorist.
