The RedmiBook 14 was initially released in May with Intel Core processors. The Ryzen edition retains the 14-inch screen and offers an 81.2% screen-to-body ratio. Laptops also support Dolby DTS audio for an immersive experience.
O RedmiBook 14 Ryzen Edition comes in two variants in terms of processor, some models include an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U processor, while others include an AMD Ryzen 7 3700U processor. Both processor versions come with 8GB / 16GB RAM and 512GB storage versions.
Yesterday, the company also revealed that it will come with support for a new feature – support for the new file transfer feature between the brand’s devices. The feature was launched earlier this year and in a surprising cooperation between Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo to transfer files between these brands’ devices. This feature can transfer files between laptops and smartphones with no size limit and can transfer more than 1000 HD images and videos in the blink of an eye.
As for pricing, the RedmiBook 14 AMD Ryzen 5 8GB + 512GB version is listed for 3299 yuan ($464). The high-end version of AMD Ryzen 7 16GB + 512GB is priced at 3999 yuan ($563).
