For that reason, you are now eager to know how to sell a plane on GTA Online, to be able to recover at least part of its cost. It is a feasible operation, but it is not exactly immediate. How to sell a plane in GTA 5 Online
If your goal is sell a plane in GTA 5 Online, know that unfortunately this procedure is not so immediate. It is therefore not such a predictable question, also because the game does not provide clear information in this regard.
First of all, you need to know that not all aircraft in GTA Online can be sold. When buying an aircraft on the in-game websites from different operators, be aware that those operated by Pegasus LifeStyle Management they cannot be resold.
Otherwise, the other operators provide aircraft which in some cases can also be resold: you can understand if this is possible by viewing the technical data sheet of the aircraft itself; if a wording appears in the latter informing you that the vehicle is not managed by Pegasus LifeStyle Management and requires a personal hangar, it means that you can resell it.
Having said that, let’s move on to the sale of the aircraft. First, you must necessarily own a hangar equipped with a workshop: this is the only requirement to be able to proceed with the sale of an eligible aircraft.
To do this, therefore, open your character’s smartphone and select the icon Internet. Reach the tab Finance and services, click on the service foreclosures.maze-bank.com and then click the button Come in.
In the map that is shown to you, locate the properties relating to the hangars, marked with a ‘green icon. You can find hangars in the area of Fort Zancudo (preferable as this way you can freely access this high-security area) or in the Los Santos International Airport. The “cheapest” ones are found in this latter position.
All you have to do, then, is press thehangar icon you want to buy, press the button Starting from and configure your hangar. The basic prices of hangars range from a minimum of $ 1,200,000 to a maximum of $ 3,250,000.
I remind you that each customization involves the increase of the base price shown above. Although each decoration is optional, in order to be able to sell an aircraft you must necessarily add a workshop, which has a fixed cost of $ 1,150,000 regardless of the hangar purchased.
Once this is done, press the button Buy to complete the purchase of your hangar. If you already have a hangar but don’t own a garage, via the in-game website foreclosures.maze-bank.com you can change your property by selecting it, pressing the button Edit and adding the workshop.
Now, go to the hangar location and move your avatar to the glowing area in front of its central access door for your character to enter. All the aircraft you have purchased are located inside the hangar. So approach a plane, get on board and press the key indicated at the top left, to access the edit panel.
Once this is done, through the menu at the top, click on the item Sell and then confirm the operation by selecting the item Sell aircraft. If you have followed the steps indicated, you will have sold your plane and recovered part of its initial cost.
How to sell a helicopter in GTA 5 Online
If your goal is instead to sell a helicopter in GTA 5 Online, know that the procedure to follow is the same as I mentioned in the previous chapter on the sale of airplanes.
Therefore, what you will have to do is first of all own a hangar with a workshop, so that you can sell all the aircraft (therefore also the helicopters) that are not managed by Pegasus LifeStyle Management.
