This is the first extended trailer for the Steve Jobs movie, close to 2 minutes 41 seconds of scenes, characters and illustrious moments from Apple history that we will surely recognize at the moment. In addition, it also serves to give us an idea of how the characterization of Michael Fassbender will be in the different stages of Jobs’s life, although as we could already see in the first trailer, it will not be far from the level of that of Ashton Kutcher in Jobs.

In the trailer we can see Steve Jobs (Michael Fassbender) at different times in his life, such as when he was a young man about to present the first Macintosh at the Flint Center auditorium in Cupertino, working with the team of the first iMac designed by Jony Ive. , in the garage with Steve Wozniak, or with his daughter Lisa.

As Sorkin himself explained, the film will collect 3 special moments in the history of Jobs and Apple: the presentation of the first Macintosh, its time in NeXT and the presentation of the first iMac. The film will go through the moments prior to each of these three presentations, although we still do not know what the NeXT presentation could be, since there were none as such during that stage.

The characterization of Michael Fassbender will not be one of the strong points of this film

As for the characterization of Michael Fassbender, in some shots it is very clear that it will not be one of the strong points of the film, in fact in many of them it is hard to guess that it is really Steve Jobs. Despite this, Fassbender has a flawless track record and its interpretation could make us forget this “little” detail.
