Rancho Obi Wana star Wars Museum in Northern California, features 300,000 unique with star Wars exhibits hanging together, thereby securing an entry in the Guinness Book of Records as the “Largest Collection of Star Wars Memorabilia”.
Steve Sansweeta former employee of LucasFilm and now curator of Rancho Obi-Wan, says that he, as star Wars came into the cinemas, “was immediately fascinated”. His passion quickly became his life’s work, star Wars Collect and display artifacts.
However, the question arises as to how many pieces in this huge collection come directly from the star Wars canon and how many are fan-made expansions. There’s Obi Wan Kermit, for example. And there are Stormtrooper Darth Maul helmets. And it’s very clear that Sansweet’s dancing is not one of those of George Lucas approved things.
And then there’s that… face? From which Timothy Zhan Book did this thing come crawling? It kind of looks like Ki-Adi-Mundi, but also kind of looks like the murderer Screambut I can’t place it.
In the video alone I noticed 15 items that are not part of the canon. What did I miss? Any gems hidden in there (apart from the Samurai Stormtrooper)?
