Real-time Worlds: No more new DLC for Crackdown

The over-the-top action game Crackdown has already exceeded expectations in terms of sales. Whether this may have had to do with the Halo 3 beta key is debatable, but in any case, quite a few Xbox 360 gamers have started working with Crackdown.

Even today, the game is still played regularly, perhaps thanks to the very entertaining co-op mode, but developer Realtime Worlds says that we no longer have to count on new downloadable content for Crackdown. The game All Points Bulletin and other unannounced projects are now in full swing.

Crackdown shows some similarities with the well-known Grand Theft Auto, the large free game world, the many possible missions and the fact that you can choose what you are going to do. Still, Crackdown is not a simple clone, because it presents you with a main character who has extreme powers and everything else is fully equipped with over-the-top action and fierce stunts. This merger should make for a unique game where you have to deal with thugs, gangs and infamous kingpins.
