Red Dead Online – Anglers and Armored Knights are coming with a new update
The next update to the online mode of Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming next week, adding a lot of interesting activity to the program.
- Red Dead Online will be updated next week
- You also get several new game modes
- The range of weapons and clothing is also expanding
Over the next week, exactly February 26th, Red Dead Redemption 2’s online site, Red Dead Online, will be expanded again, with some very interesting gameplay modes, while the balance of weapons will be fine-tuned and the mini-map will change a bit. One of the biggest news, though, will be the new Free Roam Event, Fool’s Gold.
In this series of events, we can wear a rather spectacular – and somewhat unusual in the Wild West era – gold armor, which mostly wears a knight’s protective suit. The goal of the Wild West “Iron Man” will be to scatter as many people hunting him as possible, while the others will logically work to liquidate the armored figure. Whoever succeeds will receive various rewards, and from there he can wear the gold armor.
There are also fishing challenges, divided into different types. Applying for these competitive challenges will automatically give you the full fishing gear, so at least we don’t have to shop around. What’s more, you don’t even have to worry about someone finding your back in the back while fishing peacefully. The goal, of course, is to catch the biggest fish.
There are also three new Showdown modes, called Up in Smoke, Spoils of War and Plunder. In these, there will be a struggle for survival and for the acquisition and delivery of loot, either as a team or alone. And in the new Target Race mode, to get through a checkpoint, we have to shoot targets on horseback. In addition, new weapons and clothing are expected.
