Customers at Procter & Gamble (P&G) can access a completely renewed brand portal. The service portal bears the name “Trade-Net” and, with its new, clear interface, still offers images, videos, sales texts and product descriptions for the extensive P&G brand portfolio. In addition, the Schwalbachers have expanded their website in terms of service, technology and structure. From now on it is possible for retailers to download the data for entire product ranges and to process them in their own systems.

“Through discussions with our trading partners, we knew that they wanted data to be downloaded in various formats. We are now offering that. A data shopping cart function makes it easier to compile, ”says Trade-Net manager Claudia Schneider from Procter.

Cropped image data are intended to simplify online use. In the data area, all assortment data has been completely restructured across all brands and adapted to the needs of the retail partners. Orders for point-of-sale material can be placed directly in the Trade-Net. There is now a lexicon for the Braun brand that explains all technical terms in an understandable manner. The search function has also been optimized.

In addition, the consumer goods manufacturer always promises up-to-date data of high quality. And if users should have any problems, online chat is available, which connects directly with a P&G service team.
