Soundtrack Quantum of Solace Will Be DLC Guitar Hero: World Tour
The combination of Guitar Hero and James Bond probably conjures up strange images of James Bond with plastic guitar, but we will soon be able to enjoy the combination of Bond and Guitar Hero. The title song from the movie Quantum of Solace ‘Another Way to Die’, sung by Alicia Keys and Jack White, will soon be released as downloadable content for Guitar Hero: World Tour.
You may play a good solo, but now it’s time to go out into the world. Together with three friends who play the drums, microphone and bass guitar, you will travel the world and compete with other bands for glory, fame and money. That’s what Neversoft, Activision and RedOctane want to achieve with Guitar Hero: World Tour. Included in the game are drums with cymbals, a redesigned guitar and the ability to form a band. The creatives among us can design their own logo for their band, dress up their characters to taste and even make their own music. Completely new is a fashion in which you can make your own music, with all the tools you need to produce good digital rock, according to the makers.
Equipped with touch-sensitive instruments, an extensive Music Maker to record free songs and solos, and the possibility to easily share music with others, World Tour promises to be a true spectacle. They will also support extensive downloadable content, such as downloading a single, track packs and even entire albums can be downloaded in the future for use in Guitar Hero: World Tour.
Guitar Hero: World Tour will be released on November 21 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 2. A PC version also appears to be in development.
