A fan of the Resident Evil series nicknamed Rbsmaqueteeletronica decided to make his own game in this setting. For this he chose the engine Unreal Engine 5. The result of the prototype can already be seen in the video.

As you can see, the main feature of the game is the open world, which allows you to freely explore the Raccoon City map. The video shows various locations that will be available in the game. They are inspired by locations from the original Resident Evil series.

The open world will be quite large and divided into two parts: the city (1600 km²) and the forest area with mountains (6000 km²). This is much more than many other famous games, including GTA 5 (130 km²), The Witcher 3 (135 km²) and Skyrim (37 km²).

If the project is not covered by Capcom, it is available to everyone for free.

As a reminder, we previously reported about another enthusiast who made his own Resident Evil, but in a retro style in the spirit of the Game Boy on Steam.
