Grove Streets versus ADVENT.
A few months ago I reported on an XCOM 2 modwhich features more than 100 lines of dialogue from the iconic space sitcom Red Dwarf added to the game. She’s hilarious and I love her. Now I took War of the Chosens Tactical Legacy DLC as an opportunity to once again take a look around the Steam Workshop of the sci-fi strategy game. I found Carl Johnson. I wasn’t disappointed.
Every game that manages to GTA: San AndreasAccommodating protagonist CJ in one way or another is a winner in my eyes. Any game that offers no less than 929 lines of dialogue from Grove Street’s finest is pure gold.
Now it’s your turn, CJ:
“One of the least violent GTA main characters can now be selected as an XCOM 2 operational”, says CapRum, the creator of the mod. “CJ has an unwavering loyalty towards his family and the hood and when it got swarmed by the ADVENT, he simply could not stand idle and watch.
“Now he is ready to re-take the Earth and kick aliens’ just like he did with the Ballas in Grove Street not so long ago.”
