By completing various challenges in The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, you can unlock various weapons and abilities to improve your skills in the game.
Just for successfully completing the game you will receive powerful weapons – but if you manage to finish the campaign and drag certain survivors with you to the very end, you will gain access to fine perks: silent weapons or silent movement, etc discoverable items, stronger melee attacks, and more. Last but not least, if you have all the perks, you will even unlock unlimited ammo supplies. All the perks the game has to offer are listed below.
Unlockable Perks Guide (Cheats)
Crossbow / Assault Rifle
- Activation: End the campaign.
Unlimited Ammo
- Activation: Unlock all other relics/perks.
Silenced Weapons
- Activation: Complete the campaign with Blake.
- Found here: In Sedalia, the second area/area after the tutorial. You have to choose between Blake and Warren. He can be found on the roof of the supermarket.
Stealth Movement
- Activation: End the campaign with Warren.
- Found here: In Sedalia, the second area/area after the tutorial. You have to choose between Blake and Warren. He can be found at the gas station.
Bigger Clips (Larger Magazines/Ammunition Clips)
- Activation: Complete the campaign with Mia.
- Found here: At the theater in Fontana. You can reach it by traveling to Pemberton after leaving Sedalia.
Item Boost (You can find more items)
- Activation: Complete the campaign with Svenson.
- Found here: In Oakview, near the main destination of this stop. You can reach Oakview by traveling to Pemberton and from there down the right side of the map after leaving Fontana.
Survivor Success
- Activation: Complete the campaign with Noah.
- Found here: He will first appear at the Hospital in Cleburne and later again at one of the shops in Lafferty.
Faster Stronger
- Activation: Complete the campaign with Sheila.
- Found here: You can’t miss it. It can be found in Danvers, on the main path. She will join you at the end of the stop/stay.
Melee Boost (Enhanced Melee Attack)
- Activation: Complete the campaign with Jane.
- Found here: In Sherwood, which can be reached by traveling first to Pemberton, then to Oakview and on to Archer Creek. The lady is in one of the first houses.
Marksman Boost (Improved Aiming/Sniping)
- Activation: Complete the campaign with Harrison.
- Found here: In Sherwood, which can be reached by traveling first to Pemberton, then to Oakview and on to Archer Creek. The lady is in one of the first houses.
