An insider with the nickname Matheusvictorbr revealed many details about GTA 6. Of course, this information has not yet been officially commented on and therefore should be viewed as another rumor.
Here is what he reported:
- The game will have two main characters – brother and sister. As the story goes, their parents were killed by members of the cartel in 2003 and the children themselves were separated;
- Most likely, at the beginning of the game there will be a prologue (with the main action in Brazil) like in GTA 5, telling the backstory of the characters;
- As for the main plot, its events will take place mainly in the United States;
- The main characters will grow up with completely opposite personalities. While the brother works as an agent for the DEA, the sister in turn became a member of the same cartel that killed her parents;
- During the passage, players will visit Vice City, Carcer City (a city from Manhunt), Colombia and Cuba. And there will also be a location near Liberty City;
- One of the innovations will be destructible buildings;
- Publication is scheduled for 2024.
