How do you actually save in the new Star Wars Jedi Survivor? Can you save the game manually and if so, how does it work on PC, PS5 or Xbox Series? In the past few hours, this may be the question asked by one or the other player who has just entered the new Star Wars adventure and is wondering how to save the progress made so far. In this short guide we will show how saving works in Star Wars Jedi Survivor.
Saving the game in Jedi Survivor?
As in the predecessor in the form of Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, you can also save manually at the meditation points in the new Star Wars Jedi Survivor. The meditation points are clearly recognizable by the glowing pattern on the ground and appear at regular intervals in the game world. You can not only save the game there and thus save the progress made so far, but you can also rest at the meditation points and thus heal and improve your skills. In order to unlock new skills, you need skill points, which you can unlock as the story progresses.
Enable autosave?
In Star Wars Jedi Survivor there is also an auto-save function which, for example, automatically saves the game after a few cutscenes. The auto-save is also shown with an icon in the lower right corner of the screen. By the way, you can use the settings to display when you were last at a meditation point or when the game was last saved. To do this, simply open the menu, switch to the tab with the gear symbol and under “Last saved” the time and location of the last meditation point will be displayed. You can also create multiple saves for one save.
