Recently I introduced you to a mod that allows you to in Grand Theft Auto V shooting cars instead of bullets. Yesterday I decided to try out the Pedestrian Riot mod, which recreates a cheat from an old version of GTA by having angry passers-by appear in the game with machine guns and rocket launchers, fighting each other and you. Here is a new video that shows this mod in combination with the Vehicle Cannon Mod (you shouldn’t play otherwise!):

The Pedestrian Riot/Chaos Mode Mod we owe it to the modder Trumple. Like almost everyone else GTA V Mod Scripts, it only runs if ScriptHookV.dll is installed. Here’s how to GTA V Mods installed.
Once you have ScriptHookV installed, getting the Ped Riot mod up and running is a breeze. You simply move/copy the RiotMode.asi and RiotMode_config.txt files included in the download into your GTA V root folder, located at \SteamApps\common\Grand if you purchased the game on Steam Theft Auto V\ should be found. RiotMode_config.txt allows you to change settings such as the maximum number of rioters, the accuracy of their weapons, and others. You can also set whether they also attack each other or just the player.
Warning: You should only install mods that only affect the single player portion of the game. Please find out whether a mod also runs in the online part before you install it.
