Polish studio CD Projekt RED announced the upcoming cessation of sales of its games in Russia and Belarus. Please note that previously purchased games are not affected. About it says on the studio’s official Twitter account.

CD PROJEKT Group has decided to stop selling our games in Russia and Belarus. This applies to both digital and physical copies. We hope for the understanding of all affected players. Previously purchased copies of games, as well as patches and hotfixes for them, will continue to work.

Purchases via the GOG online shop are also not possible for players from these countries. Note that this is not the first such initiative. Previously we reported that the Polish studio Bloober Team will also withdraw its games from sale in Russia and Belarus. Japan plans to leave Russia without high-tech products
