GTA:RPG is the work of LogicSpawn, a British modder who’s putting in the effort to add skill trees, new contracts, and dialogue interfaces to Rockstar’s massive open-world sandbox. You can see some of this in the video above.
Some of the interfaces and text are obviously still in development, but it looks like they should LogicSpawns work to fulfill the desires that the online component of the game could not fulfill. The official version of GTA Online While it does have some RPG-like progression features, these are modest compared to the scope of systems typically found in the genre.
