The long-awaited update 4.3 for the game World of Warcraft has finally launched – now players will have to download new gigabytes of content and get used to the next balance change: all ten classes are affected, some to a greater extent, some to a lesser extent. For druids and warlocks, for example, even some of the visual effects have changed, for magicians the damage from fire spells has been increased, and almost all classes have been strengthened in one way or another.

Three new dungeons for five people and a new raid on Deathwing have been added. Although there are suspicions that it is not fully completed; in any case, it will not appear in the new raid search engine for another week, and the same amount will pass before its “heroic” version is launched.

By the way, players who have already managed to play around in the new dungeons note their mercilessness. Most likely, further simplifications will soon follow.

An important addition is the so-called “transmogrification” – the ability to give newer clothes and armor the appearance of the old one (while maintaining the characteristics) and “Abyss Storage” – special storage facilities for the old “gear”. We have already written about this in more detail.

Patch 4.3 is de facto the final one in the Cataclysm expansion storyline: players will have to walk into the future and into the past, distribute nuts there to whoever needs it and drag the Dragon Soul artifact into the present in order to use it to send Deathwing back from where he came.

Apparently, further expansions, if they happen in the coming months, will already be preparing the “ground” for the expansion of Mists of Pandaria.
