GTA Online: Transfer character from PS4 to PC
Yes, you can transfer the GTA Online account from the PS4 or from the Xbox One (as well as the PS3 and Xbox 360) to the PC. All you need is an account in the Rockstar Games Social Club. In the Social Club you can link the PSN or Xbox Live account and thus transfer the account to the PC. If you have linked the console account to the Social Club account, then you simply have to log in on the PC with the Social Club account and when you log in for the first time you will be asked whether you want to transfer the character and take the progress over to the PC. You then have to confirm the question again and you can play with the GTA Online account from the PS4 on the PC.
Update: Transferring the account was only possible until the end of 2015 as described above. You can currently no longer transfer the character from the console to the PC using the steps described above.
GTA Online account transfer in 2021?
As briefly described in the update above, you can GTA Online characters will no longer be so easy to transfer from PS4 to PC in 2021. Unfortunately, Rockstar Games has decided to limit the account transfer time. According to our research, there is currently no way to transfer your GTA Online account from the PlayStation 4 to the PC.
